- Since August 2025, our offices have been in Place des Maieurs, 4 bt22 to 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. We have PMR access via Felix Poels Street.

- Registration is suspended due to the long delays in obtaining housing. The decision to reopen registrations is taken from April of each year.
Social Agencies (AIS)
The Social Real Estate Agencies (AIS) are recognised, approved and subsidized by the Brussels-Capital Region. Their mission is to socialize part of the Brussels rental market. They manage the rental of housing that is mainly owned by private owners and rent it at an affordable price to low-income households.
The quiet spirit rental... and social dimension
The Social Real Estate Agency is responsible for all rental management and secures the relationship between the owner and the tenant. In exchange for a rent below the market price, the owner is assured of a tranquility of management and receives many services and guarantees (insured payment of the rent, rent-free management, maintenance of the property, aid for renovation, exemption of the property discount...). The tenant benefits from a high-quality housing at moderate rent.
The AIS now manages the rental of more than 7,800 housing units throughout the Brussels Region.
The sector has been recognised by the Brussels-Capital Region since 1998, but some ISAs have existed for more than 30 years.
The Social Real Estate Agency of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre "LE RELAIS"
Founded in 2008 by the Municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, THE RELAIS has obtained the support of the government of the Brussels Region.
THE RELAIS benefits from a subsidy granted by the Brussels Region but also by the Municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.
Following the 2018 communal elections, THE RELAIS is currently chaired by Carine Kolchory, Echevine de la Famille, du 3ème âge, des Affaires sociales, de la Santé, des personnes de dédisable, de la Pension, de l ́Egalité des chances et du Logement.
